• Heart Rate: Estimate, not precise medical measurement
• Calories Burned: Estimate based on general formulas
• Recovery Score: Guidance indicator, not medical diagnosis
• AI Recommendations: General guidelines, not medical advice

4. User Account

4.1 Account Creation

• Registration using email and password
• Registration using Google account (Sign in with Google)
• Registration using Apple account (Sign in with Apple)

4.2 Account Requirements

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Update your data when it changes
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

4.3 Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account
• Do not share your account credentials with anyone else
• Use a strong and unique password

4.4 Account Deletion

• You can request account deletion at any time from website settings
• Account will be deactivated immediately
• All your personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days

9.2 Maximum Liability

In all cases, the Company's liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) during the 12 months preceding the incident.

9.3 Exceptions

These limitations do not affect your non-waivable legal rights under Egyptian law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless F.T.W Sports and Wellness and its directors and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Jurisdiction: Competent Egyptian courts in Hurghada

14. General Provisions

These Terms together with the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

14.3 No Waiver

Our failure to exercise any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.

14.4 Language

In case of conflict between the Arabic and English versions, the Arabic version shall prevail.
